Altering the welds on the db killer and the catalyst or anti-tamper screws or removing the fastening is illegal for road use and not in compliance with EU directives; this is only allowed for RACING use on tracks. Using the open version on the road does not comply with public road traffic regulations.

Installation recommendations: GPR products are plug and play, but it is recommended to install the products in a professional workshop; no claims will be accepted in the case of incorrect installations.
The specific homologation certificate is provided, along with installation instructions; each silencer carries the homologation code. The exhaust has a removable db killer (noise limiter) for racing use; removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes responsibility for using the bike as on the track only, without luggage, without flashlight and number plate holder or other parts that would conflict with the different gas angle following the transformation to racing version. Abuse of this situation on the road will result in a loss of product warranty. From the time of purchase, with the right to repair with return to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer instead of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to reinstall the original exhaust or wait the standard time for the repair.
