You have 14 days from the date of receipt of the order to initiate a returns procedure.
Please note that the product must be returned in its original packaging and with its label intact. Buyers are asked not to remove the labels or soil the items.
If, for any reason, the original packaging is no longer available and you wish to return an item, please contact us immediately for further instructions.
All personalized products, such as flocked soccer shirts, skis with bindings fitted, etc., cannot be returned or exchanged.
How do I request a return?
You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to make your return.
To request a return, go to the dedicated space by clicking here or by clicking on the «Return» link of the order of your choice in your history (My Account area)
Once on the return platform, simply follow the steps below:
- Order identification: enter the first and last name used in the order's billing address, the date and the order number
- Reason for return: select the reason for your return request
- Products to return: confirm which product(s) you wish to return
- Acceptance of the terms and conditions: Accept our terms and conditions and agree to abide by the following conditions:
- I acknowledge that the items are in their original condition
- I acknowledge that the items are in their original packaging with labels and instructions
- I acknowledge that the items have never been worn or used
Return shipping costs
You are responsible for return shipping costs. No refund will be made.
However, if one of the products concerned by the return is non-compliant or defective, and subject to validation by our customer service department, you will benefit from a prepaid return label.
Defective products due to transport
If you have received your order and notice that it has been damaged in transit, please contact us within 4 working days (upon receipt of your order). After this time, we will not process your claim.
To do so, please send us a message via our contact form giving us as much information as possible about the elements involved in receiving your order.
Please also provide us with visible photos of the following items:
- A photo of the item with its defect visible
- A photo of the package
- A photo of the package shipping label
Please note that these photos are mandatory.
If your request is complete, and after examination of the parts, our customer service department will send you a reply within 48 working hours. If not, an additional response time may apply.
Once your return request has been accepted, you have 15 days to send the items back to the following address:

All refunds are made within a maximum of 30 working days from receipt of the return.
TripNBikers does not offer direct exchanges of items in terms of size, color or the product itself.
If you wish to exchange an item, you must first return the original item using our returns procedure, then place a new order for the desired item in the correct size or color. Once we have received and processed the return, we will process the corresponding refund.
