Are db killers and removable catalytic converters? Altering the welds on the db killer and the catalyst or anti-tampering screws or removing the mounting is illegal for road use and not compliant with EU guidelines; this is only possible for use in RACING on circuits. Using the open version on the road does not comply with the regulations of public road traffic.
You can use the kit for the official annual inspection.
Installation recommendations: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to install the products in a professional workshop; no claims will be accepted in case of incorrect installations.
The specific homologation certificate is provided, along with assembly instructions; each silencer bears the homologation code. If problems occur during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend the activity, and to immediately request information and/or advice from customer service.

Is it limited to 95Db for Tyrol and Switzerland? No, but this limit is only required for local citizens and not for tourists.
No structural modifications to the bike are required for the installation to use the product in an approved version. It is recommended to read the instructions in the package or the tutorials visible on and on YouTube.
The exhaust has a removable db killer (noise limiter) for racing use; removing the db killer is not only illegal, but the customer assumes the responsibility of using the bike as on the track only, without a bag, without a flashlight, and without a number plate holder or other parts that might interfere with the different gas angle due to the conversion to racing version. Misusing this situation on the road will result in the loss of the product warranty, and any claims will be denied. From the date of purchase, there is a right to repair with return to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer in place of the one to be repaired; the customer must accept remounting the original exhaust or wait the standard time for repair.
