Is it limited to 95Db for Tyrol and Switzerland? No, but this limit is only required for local citizens and not for tourists.

The exhaust has a removable dbkiller (noise limiter) for race use, removing the dbkiller is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes the responsibility of using the bike as on the track only, without luggage, without torch, and license plate holder or any other parts that would conflict with the different throttle angle due to the transformation into race version. Abuse of this situation on the road will result in loss of product warranty and any claims will be rejected. From the date of purchase, with the right to repair with return to GPR factory or nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer in place of the one to be repaired, the customer must agree to reinstall the original exhaust or wait for the standard time for repair.
