Is it limited to 95Db for Tyrol and Switzerland? No, but this limit is only required for local citizens and not for tourists.
No structural modifications to the bike are required for installation in order to use the product in an approved version. It is recommended to read the instructions in the package or the tutorials visible on and on YouTube.
The exhaust features a removable db killer (noise limiter) for track use, removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes responsibility for using the bike as on the track only, without bags, without flashlight, and registration plate holder or any other parts that would conflict with the different gas angle following the transformation into racing version. Abuse of this situation on the road will result in the loss of product warranty and any claim will be rejected. From the time of purchase, there is a right to repair with return to the GPR factory or to the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer instead of the one to be repaired, the customer must agree to refit the original exhaust or wait the standard time for repair.
