Db killers and removable catalytic converters? Altering the welds on the db killer and the catalyst or anti-theft screws or removing the mounting is illegal for road use and not compliant with EU directives; this is only possible for RACING use on tracks. Using the open version on the road does not comply with road traffic regulations.
You can use the kit for the annual official inspection.
Installation recommendations: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to have them installed in a professional workshop; no claims will be accepted in case of incorrect installations.
The specific approval certificate is provided, along with installation instructions, each silencer carries the approval code. In case of issues encountered during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend the activity to immediately request information and/or advice from customer service.

Is it limited to 95Db for Tyrol and Switzerland? No, but this limit is only required for local residents and not for tourists.
No structural modification of the bike is required for installation to use the product in an approved version. It is recommended to read the instructions in the package or the visible tutorials on YouTube.
The exhaust has a removable db killer (noise limiter) for racing use; removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes responsibility for using the bike as on the track only, without a bag, no flashlight and license plate holder or any other parts that may interfere with the different angle of gas due to the transformation to racing version. Abusing this situation on the road will result in the loss of the product warranty. From the date of purchase, with the right to repair with return to the GPR factory or the closest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer in place of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to reinstall the original exhaust or wait for the standard time for repair.
