Are db killers removable? Modifying the db killer's welds or tamper-proof screws or removing the fitting is illegal for road use and not compliant with EU guidelines; this is only permissible for RACING use on tracks. Using the open version on the road is not compliant with public road regulations.

You can use the kit for the annual official inspection.
Installation recommendations: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still advised to install the products in a professional workshop. No claims will be accepted for incorrect installations.
The specific approval certificate is provided, as well as installation instructions; each silencer bears the approval code. If any issues arise during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend the activity, and to immediately seek information and/or advice from customer service.
Is it limited to 95Db for Tyrol and Switzerland? No, but this limit is only required for local citizens and not for tourists.
No structural modifications to the bike are required for installation to use the product in an approved version. It is advisable to read the instructions in the package or watch visible tutorials on YouTube.
The exhaust comes with a removable db killer (noise limiter) for racing use; removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer takes responsibility for using the bike as if on the track only, without a bag, flashlight, or license plate holder or other parts that would interfere with the different gas angle due to the conversion to race version. Abuse of this situation on the road will result in loss of product warranty. From the date of purchase, with the right to repair, with return to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer as a substitute for the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to refit the original exhaust or wait the standard time for repairs.
