For online purchases, it is necessary to activate the warranty by sending the appropriate stamped coupon from the installation workshop via email to certificato@GPR.it; for physical purchases, the shop's stamp is sufficient. The exhaust has a removable db killer (noise limiter) for racing use; removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal but the customer assumes responsibility for using the bike as if on the track only, without luggage, without a flashlight, and without a registration plate holder or any other parts that might conflict with the different throttle angle due to the conversion to a racing version. Misuse of this situation on the road will result in the loss of the product's warranty. From the date of purchase, with the right to repair with return to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer instead of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to refit the original exhaust or wait for the standard time for repair.

Removable db killers? Altering the db killer welds or tamper-proof screws or removing the mounting is illegal for road use and non-compliant with EU guidelines; this is only possible for RACING use on circuits. Using the open version on the road is non-compliant with road traffic regulations.
WARNING: this item is approved for noise; the customer must check in advance if the presence of the original catalyst or GPR catalyst is necessary in their country to comply with road traffic regulations and to carry out the annual inspection.

Recommendations for fitting: GPR products are plug and play; however, it is still recommended to install the products in a professional workshop, and no claims will be accepted in case of incorrect installations.
The specific homologation certificate is provided, along with the assembly instructions; each silencer bears the homologation code.
