Are db killers and removable catalytic converters allowed? Altering the welds on the db killer and the catalyst, or anti-tamper screws, or removing the fixture is illegal for road use and not compliant with EU guidelines; this is only permissible for use in RACING on tracks. Using the open version on the road is not in compliance with public road traffic regulations.
You can use the kit for the annual official inspection.
Recommendations for installation: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to install the products in a professional workshop, no claims will be accepted in case of incorrect installations.
The specific homologation certificate is provided, along with installation instructions, each silencer bears the homologation code. In case of any issues during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend the activity, and to immediately seek information and/or advice from customer service.

No structural modification of the motorcycle is required for installation to use the product in an approved version. It is recommended to read the instructions in the package or the visible tutorials on and on YouTube.
The exhaust has a removable db killer (noise limiter) for track use; removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes responsibility for using the motorcycle as if on the track only, without bags, without torch and licence plate holder or other parts that would conflict with the different gas angle due to the transformation into track version. Abuse of this situation on the road will result in loss of product warranty and any claims will be rejected. From the date of purchase, with repair rights with return to the GPR factory or to the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer in place of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to refit the original exhaust or wait the standard time for the repair.
