Are db killers removable? Altering db killer welds or anti-tamper screws or removing the fitting is illegal for road use and non-compliant with EU directives; this is only permitted for RACING use on tracks. Using the open version on the road is not compliant with public road traffic regulations.

You can use the kit for the official annual inspection.
Mounting recommendations: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to install the products in a professional workshop; no claims will be accepted in case of incorrect installations.
The specific approval certificate is provided along with installation instructions; each silencer carries the approval code. In case of issues encountered during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend the activity, and immediately request information and/or advice from customer service.
Is it limited to 95Db for Tyrol and Switzerland? No, but this limit is only required for local citizens and not for tourists.
No structural modifications to the bike are required for installation in order to use the product in an approved version. It is recommended to read the instructions in the package or the tutorials available on YouTube.
The exhaust comes with a removable db killer (noise limiter) for race use; removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes the responsibility of using the bike as if on the track only, without luggage, without a flashlight and number plate holder or other parts that would conflict with the different gas angle due to the transformation into race version. Abuse of this situation on the road will result in the loss of product warranty. From the time of purchase, with the right to repair with return to GPR's factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer instead of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to reassemble the original exhaust or wait the standard time for the repair.
