Are db killers and catalytic converters removable? Altering the welds on the dbkiller and the catalyst or the anti-tamper screws, or removing the fitting is illegal for road use and non-compliant with EU guidelines; this is only permitted for RACING use on circuits. Using the open version on the road is not compliant with public road traffic regulations.
You can use the kit for the annual official inspection.
Mounting recommendations: GPR products are plug and play; however, it is still recommended to have the products installed in a professional workshop; no claims will be accepted in case of incorrect installations.
A specific homologation certificate is provided, along with installation instructions, and each silencer bears the homologation code. In case of problems during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend the activity, and to immediately request information and/or advice from customer service.

No structural modifications to the motorcycle are required for installation to use the product in an approved version. It is recommended to read the instructions in the package or view tutorials online and on YouTube.
The exhaust has a removable db killer (noise limiter) for use on the track; removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes responsibility for using the motorcycle as on the track only, without bags, without flashlight, and mounting plate or any other parts that may conflict with the different gas angle following the transformation to racing version. Abuse of this situation on the road will result in loss of product warranty, and any claims for faults will be rejected. This is counted from the date of purchase, with a right to repair with return to GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer to replace the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to remount the original exhaust or wait the standard time for the repair.
