Altering the welds on the db killer and the catalyst or the anti-tamper screws or removing the mounting is illegal for road use and non-compliant with EU directives; this is only possible for RACING use on tracks. Using the open version on the road does not comply with road traffic regulations on public road networks.
You can use the kit for the official annual inspection.
Installation recommendations: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to install the products in a professional workshop; no claims will be accepted in case of incorrect installations.
The specific homologation certificate is provided, as well as installation instructions, each silencer bears the homologation code. In case of issues during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend activity, and immediately seek information and/or advice from customer service.

No structural modification of the motorcycle is required for installation to use the product in an approved version. It is recommended to read the instructions in the package or the tutorials visible online and on YouTube.
The exhaust features a removable db killer (noise limiter) for use in racing; removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes the responsibility of using the motorcycle as on the track only, without a side bag, flashlight and license plate holder or any other parts that would conflict with the different gas angle due to the conversion to the racing version. Misusing this situation on the road will result in the loss of the product warranty. From the time of purchase, with the right to repair and return to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer instead of the one to be repaired; the customer must accept to reassemble the original exhaust or wait the standard time for the repair.
