Are db killers and removable catalytic converters allowed? Altering the welds on the db killer and the catalyst or tamper-proof screws or removing the fixture is illegal for road use and not compliant with EU regulations; this is only permitted for RACING use on circuits. Using the open version on the road does not comply with public road regulations.
You can use the kit for the official annual inspection.
Mounting recommendations: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to install the products in a professional workshop, no claims will be accepted in case of incorrect installations.
The specific approval certificate is provided, along with mounting instructions, each silencer bears the approval code. In case of problems encountered during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend the activity, and to immediately request information and/or advice from customer service.

Is it limited to 95Db for Tyrol and Switzerland? No, but this limit is required only for local citizens and not for tourists.
No structural modifications of the motorcycle are required for installation to use the product in an approved version. It is recommended to read the instructions in the package or the visible and YouTube tutorials.
The exhaust has a removable db killer (noise limiter) for racing use, removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes responsibility for using the motorcycle as if on the track only, without bags, without torch and license plate holder or other parts that may conflict with the different gas angle due to the modification to racing version. Abusing this situation on the road will result in loss of the product warranty. Starting from the purchase, with the right to repair with return to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer in place of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to reinstall the original exhaust or wait the standard time for the repair.
