Are the db killers and catalytic converters removable? Altering the welds on the db killer and the catalyst or the anti-tamper screws, or removing the fixture is illegal for road use and non-compliant with EU regulations; this is only possible for RACING use on tracks. The use of the open version on the road does not comply with public road traffic regulations.
You can use the kit for the annual official inspection.
Installation recommendations: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to have the products installed in a professional workshop; no claims will be accepted in case of incorrect installations.
The specific approval certificate is provided, along with the installation instructions; each silencer bears the approval code. If you encounter any issues during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend the activity, and to immediately seek information and/or advice from customer service.

Is it limited to 95Db for Tyrol and Switzerland? No, but this limit is only required for local citizens and not for tourists.
It is designed to be mounted in a high position. No structural modification of the motorcycle is required for installation to use the product in an approved version. It is recommended to read the instructions in the package or watch tutorials available on YouTube.
The exhaust has a removable db killer (noise limiter) for racing use; removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes responsibility for using the motorcycle as if on the track only, without luggage, flashlight, number plate holder, or any other parts that would conflict with the different gas angle due to the conversion to racing version. Abuse of this situation on the road will result in loss of product warranty. From the moment of purchase, with the right to repair with return to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer in place of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to reassemble the original exhaust or wait the standard time for the repair.
