Altering the welds on the db killer and the catalyst or the anti-theft screws or removing the mounting is illegal for road use and not compliant with EU guidelines; this is only possible for RACING use on track. Using the open version on the road is not compliant with road traffic regulations on the public road network.

Recommendations for assembly: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to have the products installed in a professional workshop; no claims will be accepted in case of incorrect installations.
The specific homologation certificate is provided, along with assembly instructions; each silencer carries the homologation code. The exhaust has a removable db killer (noise limiter) for use in racing; removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes responsibility for using the motorcycle as on the track only, without saddlebags, without flashlight, and number plate holder or other parts that would conflict with the different gas angle following conversion to racing version. Abuse of this situation on the road will result in loss of product warranty and any claim will be rejected. From the date of purchase, with the right of repair devolved to the GPR factory or nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer in place of the one that needs repair; the customer must agree to re-mount the original exhaust or wait the standard time for repair.
