RFX Brake disc guard Pro

The RFX series Pro disc protectors help to reduce damage to brake discs by stopping stones and roots from hitting and damaging the disc. The RFX disk protectors also feature a wheel spacer system to speed up wheel changes while the design still allows air to cool the caliper for better braking. Suitable for use with oversized discs.

Installation Instructions

• Remove the OEM disc protector, the axle nut, and loosen the axle clamp bolts.
• Take out the axle and front wheel.
• Remove the wheel spacer on the disc side and replace it with a new disc protector and a new support.
• Reassemble the wheel, making sure to position the disc in the caliper.
• Insert the axle and lightly tighten the axle nut.
• With the bike on the ground and the front brake engaged, compress the forks to align the front wheel.
• Tighten the clamp bolts and the axle nut.
