Top case TERRA TR55 Black Edition that can hold two modular helmets. It stands out for its low weight of 5.4 kg, making it the lightest aluminum case on the market. Designed and manufactured 100% in Barcelona. Its innovative design minimizes the visual impact on the bike. The TERRA BLACK EDITION version has a scratch resistant matte black finish. The TERRA TR55 top case has been awarded by the ABC Awards because it has been designed with the fundamental aspects for use on adventure motorcycles in mind.
It has an aerodynamic and integrated structure made of hardenable aluminum alloy. This type of aluminum allows to obtain a low thickness of 1,2 mm to give a maximum resistance with a weight minimum.
As for all the aluminum cases of the TERRA range, we find the integrated closing system "TERRA Lock System" (patent pending). It is an industrial grade AISI 304 stainless steel structure that includes the locking system and the integrated retractable handle. Designed for use rapide and with one hand only, it allows the user to open and close the case, as well as to install and remove it in a few seconds. It also features AISI 304 stainless steel hinges.
The case's rubber seal protects the interior from the elements (water resistance). In addition, the foam bottom reduces the displacement of the contents inside.
The keys and the cylinder of the TR55 correspond to the premium version of SHAD, with a system that reduces the risk of theft and with a cover that protects the cylinder from dust.
It is possible to add an additional load thanks to its external hooks in stainless steel AISI 304.
The installation of a top master and a mounting plate (not included) is necessary. There are three types of plate: standard plate SHAD (D1B591PA), aluminum plate (D1BTRPA) or black aluminum plate (D1BTRPA2).
The barrels are easy to change: in less than 5 minutes, you will be able to make the top case and the sides compatible to use them with the same key. A third cylinder for the top case is included in the case on the right side.
